1. Language: Belgium has three official languages: Dutch (Flemish), French, and German. English is widely spoken in tourist areas, hotels, and restaurants.
2. Currency: Belgium uses the Euro (€) as its official currency. Credit and debit cards are commonly accepted, but carrying some cash is useful for small purchases, local markets, public transportation.
