How We Plan a Trip
There's no catalogue and no fixed departures. Every itinerary starts with a conversation about where you want to go, how you like to travel, and what the trip is for.
Your advisor builds a first draft, you tell us what's wrong with it, and we rebuild until it's right. Then we handle the parts that are difficult from a distance — private guides, timed museum entries, restaurant tables that book months out, boat charters, and internal flights that connect properly. You travel privately. No coaches, no group of thirty waiting at the gate.
The People You'll Work With
You won't be handed between departments. One advisor plans your trip, answers your questions, and is still there while you're travelling.
Our team is led by founder June Ay, and includes advisors such as Payal Pingle, Sarah Yalcinkaya, Kadir Ay, Koray Altan Deren, Ashley Sabatano, Sevil Calik and Burke — each with their own destinations and specialities. When Something Goes Wrong
It occasionally does. A flight cancels, a strike closes a route, a hotel gets it wrong.
That's when a travel advisor earns the fee. Our emergency line is staffed 24 hours a day and answered by a person, not a queue, so a problem that would cost you a day of your trip gets solved while you're still standing at the desk.
