Since the inception of VIP Luxury Travel Advisor, our agency has operated primarily on a vendor commission model. Traditionally, travel agencies receive commissions only after clients complete their trips, meaning no compensation is earned for cancelled trips despite the extensive effort in custom itinerary planning and professional travel services provided.
While we have a cancellation policy, enforcement has been rare until the profound change in travel dynamics caused by Covid-19 in 2020. Over the past 20 months, we have actively negotiated with suppliers and tour operators to secure refunds, future cruise credits, and airline credits for our clients. We have also managed multiple trip reschedules for guests to accommodate evolving travel restrictions.
In addition to these efforts, our team has diligently conducted travel research to discover new options and exceptional opportunities for future trips, providing invaluable support without seeking additional compensation.

Compensation for Professional Services
To provide our exclusive VIP travel advisory services, we request a one-time travel research and planning fee as follows:
Individuals: $300
Couples: $300
Families (4-6 guests at the same address): $500
Groups: $599 - $999
Corporate Travel: Starting at $499* (based on service scope)
This fee is due prior to commencing detailed itinerary research and planning, following an initial complimentary travel consultation (in-person or virtual). We are happy to address any questions about our process before requesting payment.
