Arrival in Beijing

Upon your arrival in Beijing, your private driver will be ready to provide a seamless transfer to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at your leisure to explore the city. Consider an evening stroll along Wangfujing Street, where traditional snack stalls coexist with designer boutiques, or take the time to relax and prepare for the upcoming adventure.

Day 2

Beijing - Imperial Heritage

Begin your exploration of imperial China with a guided tour of Tiananmen Square, the world's largest public square, home to significant landmarks such as the Chairman Mao Memorial Hall and the Great Hall of the People. From there, enter the Forbidden City, a remarkable UNESCO World Heritage Site that served as the imperial palace for 24 emperors. Explore its grand halls, ornate courtyards, and hidden chambers while delving into the intriguing lives of China's rulers. After lunch, immerse yourself in the historic charm of Beijing’s Hutongs, a network of narrow alleyways lined with traditional courtyard homes. Day 3

Beijing - Great Wall

Today, journey beyond the city to the Great Wall of China, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. We recommend visiting the Mutianyu section, which offers stunning views and fewer crowds, allowing for a more immersive experience. Take a cable car to explore its watchtowers and ramparts while learning about its history as a military defense system. After lunch, return to Beijing and visit the Summer Palace, an imperial lakeside retreat renowned for its enchanting gardens, intricate pavilions, and the world’s longest painted corridor. Stroll along Kunming Lake and admire the Marble Boat, a symbol of the Qing Dynasty’s opulence.

Day 4

Beijing - Xi'an

In the morning, your driver will transport you to Beijing South Railway Station to board the high-speed train to Xi’an. This 4.5-hour journey on the bullet train provides a comfortable experience through China's diverse landscapes. Upon arrival at Xi’an North Railway Station, a private driver will be ready to transfer you to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at your leisure to explore Xi’an. Consider visiting the Ancient City Wall, where you can walk or bike along the historic fortifications.

Day 5

Xi’an - Terracotta Warriors

Today, explore one of the most significant archaeological discoveries in history—the Terracotta Warriors & Horses Museum. Unearthed in 1974, this vast underground army of life-sized soldiers was constructed to protect China’s first emperor, Qin Shi Huang, in the afterlife. Wander through its three expansive excavation pits, each showcasing thousands of uniquely crafted warriors, horses, and chariots. Return to the city to explore the vibrant Muslim Quarter, where age-old traditions blend with a lively street food scene. Sample local delicacies such as roujiamo (Chinese-style burger) and biang biang noodles. Xi’an - Shanghai

Later, you will be transferred to the airport for your 2-hour flight to Shanghai (flight available upon request). Upon arrival, a private driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel.
